Annual NYC Marathon

Since 2003, Media 4 Humanity has gathered thousands of volunteers and-at risk kids to cheer on runners at the finish line.

Sports Day at Chelsea Piers

Media 4 Humanity takes hundreds of children from the NY Foundling Hospital and children affected by 9/11 for playtime at The Meadowlands.

At the end of the night, our participants leave feeling beautiful inside and out.

60% of urban school children in the US do not graduate from high school, and a staggering 68% of low-income inner city 4th graders cannot read at a basic level.

The biggest downturn in the education process occurs in the 4th grade. This means if we fail to get kids reading by the time they are nine years old, we will lose them for life! We Americans cannot afford this, socially or economically.

The Facts:

Most US trafficking victims are located in New York, Texas, Arizona, California, or Illinois.¹
Long Island is home to the second largest human trafficking ring prosecuted in the US.²
Because of their innocence, boys and girls are under 18 are easily exploited and trafficked. Many are restrained physically and/or psychologically, forced to work as prostitutes, strippers, domestic workers, sweatshop workers and/or farm laborers.
